Quotes of Life, Music, and Love from Above ( :

Here are some of the quotes I have promised you! Most are from some of my favorite movies or books--which are pretty much just Nicholas Sparks. But hey! They're good:) so i don't see any reason as to why i shouldn't post them. But I would have to say my absolute favorite quote is the very last one. Yes I know its the longest one and looks like it might take a million years to read but its incredible. I put a link after it so you can even see all of the other amazingly inspirational and uplifting quotes that President Deiter F. Uchtdorf has given to the world. I hope you enjoy it just as much as i do!

-A Cinderella Story

"Love is always patient and kind. It is never jealous. Love is never boastful or conceited. It is never rude or selfish. It does not take offense and is not resentful".
-A Walk to Remember

"The problem isn't finding out where you are gonna go-its figuring out what you are gonna do once you get there."
- A Walk to Remember

“I finally understood what true love meant...love meant that you care for another person's happiness more than your own, no matter how painful the choices you face might be.”
― Dear John

"Nothing that's worthwhile is ever easy."
- Message in a Bottle

“If conversation was the lyrics, laughter was the music, making time spent together a melody that could be replayed over and over without getting stale.”

"Music is what feelings sound like."

“If we ever forget that we're one nation under God, then we will be one nation gone under.”
― Ronald Reagan

“Life is one grand sweet song... so start the music”
 Ronald Reagan

“Think of the purest, most all-consuming love you can imagine. Now multiply that love by an infinite amount—that is the measure of God’s love for you. God does not look on the outward appearance. I believe that He doesn’t care one bit if we live in a castle or a cottage, if we are handsome or homely, if we are famous or forgotten. Though we are incomplete, God loves us completely. Though we are imperfect, He loves us perfectly. Though we may feel lost and without compass, God love encompasses us completely. He loves us because He is filled with an infinite measure of holy, pure, and indescribable love. We are important to God not because of our résumé but because we are His children. He loves every one of us, even those who are flawed, rejected, awkward, sorrowful, or broken. God’s love is so great that He loves even the proud, the selfish, the arrogant, and the wicked. What this means is that, regardless of our current state, there is hope for us. No matter our distress, no matter our sorrow, no matter our mistakes, our infinitely compassionate Heavenly Father desires that we draw near to Him so that He can draw near to us.”
― Dieter F. Uchtdorf
